Privacy policy

PowerSutra collects only the customer and shipping details needed to fulfil and support an order. Customer accounts are not required.

Payment screenshots are stored privately and are available only to authorised store administrators for payment verification. Public product, review, and gallery media is stored separately.

Order tracking requires both the order ID and the mobile number used at checkout. Administrative access is protected by authentication and server-side role checks.
